The Source
The Source is Denver’s original modern market hall and the catalyst that transformed RiNo into one of America’s hottest arts districts. Housed in a beautifully restored 1880s brick iron foundry, this 45,000 square-foot dual-market complex features 25+ independent artisan vendors, including chef-driven restaurants, craft breweries, specialty retail, and a 100-room boutique hotel. What began in 2013 as a visionary adaptive reuse project has become an internationally recognized destination, earning accolades from The New York Times, GQ, and the Michelin Guide while establishing the blueprint for food halls across the country.
The Concept & Philosophy
Unlike typical food courts, The Source operates on a “makers culture” philosophy. Many vendors produce their goods on-site, you can watch bakers pulling artisan loaves from ovens, brewers crafting experimental beers, and butchers breaking down whole animals. This transparency creates an immersive experience where guests don’t just consume products but witness the craft behind them.

The Hotel Experience
The Source Hotel offers 100 Scandinavian-Japanese inspired rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, and custom Baltic birch casework. Select rooms feature signature garage doors that open fully to bring the outdoors in. Hotel guests enjoy exclusive access to rooftop plunge pools (hot and cold), a fitness center, and an 8th-floor terrace with panoramic mountain views.
Rooftop Dining
Cimera, the rooftop Pan-Latin restaurant, serves lunch and dinner with sweeping views of the Rockies and downtown Denver. The outdoor terrace is ideal for sunset cocktails, while the intimate private dining room accommodates special events. The adjacent rooftop brewery by New Belgium features exclusive small-batch beers brewed on-site.
Events & Community
The Source hosts regular programming including weekend pop-up vendors, farmers markets, live music, and art installations. The 2,300 square-foot RiNo Ballroom and various semi-private market hall zones accommodate corporate events, weddings, and private parties. Complimentary valet parking is available from 11 AM–2 PM and 5 PM–close.
Parking & Access
Free parking is available in the garage accessed directly from Brighton Boulevard. Valet service is complimentary during peak hours. The venue is approximately one mile north of downtown Denver, easily accessible from I-25 and I-70. RTD light rail stations are within walking distance.
