1 · Vendor / Truck Pad Agreement

[PARK NAME] โ€” Vendor Pad Agreement. This agreement is between [PARK NAME] (the “Park”) and [VENDOR / TRUCK NAME] (the “Vendor”).

1. Pad & term

The Park grants the Vendor use of a designated pad with power and water hookups on the schedule below. Term runs from [start date] and continues [month-to-month / for the season] until ended per Section 6.

2. Fees

The Vendor pays: [ ] daily pad fee $[__]; [ ] monthly fee $[__]; [ ] [__]% of gross sales; or a base of $[__] plus [__]% of sales. Fees are due [weekly/monthly] and may be collected automatically through the Park's POS.

3. Schedule & conduct

The Vendor commits to the agreed days and hours, keeps its pad clean, disposes of grease and waste per Park rules, and follows the Park Rules & Code of Conduct, incorporated by reference.

4. Licenses & insurance

The Vendor maintains all required mobile-food permits and health licenses and carries general liability insurance of at least $[amount], naming the Park as an additional insured (see the insurance template below).

5. Independent operator

The Vendor is an independent business, responsible for its own food, staff, taxes, and menu. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship.

6. Termination

Either party may end this agreement with [__] days' written notice. The Park may remove a Vendor immediately for unpaid fees, license lapses, or conduct that endangers guests. Fees already due are non-refundable.

2 · Park Rules & Code of Conduct

[PARK NAME] โ€” Rules & Code of Conduct. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, all vendors and guests agree to the following. Staff may ask any person to leave for violations.

Vendors

Arrive and open on your scheduled hours; keep your pad, hookups, and surrounding area clean; dispose of grease and gray water only in designated points; carry current permits and insurance; and treat guests and neighboring vendors professionally.

Alcohol

Alcohol is served only by the Park's licensed bar to guests [21]+ with valid ID. Vendors may not sell or give away alcohol. Please drink responsibly; staff may refuse service.

Guests

Keep walkways clear, clean up after yourself, supervise children at all times, and follow staff direction. Outside alcohol is not permitted. [Pet policy: leashed pets welcome / service animals only.]

Safety

Report spills, injuries, or incidents to staff immediately. The Park reserves the right to refuse entry or service and to close areas for weather or maintenance.

3 · Insurance & Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requirements

[PARK NAME] โ€” Vendor Insurance Requirements. Before operating, each Vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing the coverage below and naming the Park as an additional insured.

Required coverage

General liability of at least $[1,000,000] per occurrence; product liability appropriate to food service; auto liability for the truck/trailer; and workers' compensation if the Vendor has employees, as required by state law.

Additional insured

The certificate must name “[PARK LEGAL NAME], its owners, employees and agents” as additional insured, and provide at least [30] days' notice of cancellation.

On file

Coverage must remain current for the full term; the Park may suspend a Vendor whose certificate lapses. Send certificates to [email].

4 · Private Event / Buyout Agreement

1. Space & services

The Park provides [full buyout / reserved area] for up to [guest count] guests, including [bar service, seating, selected trucks, AV/music]. Participating trucks: [list].

2. Fees & deposit

Event fee: $[__]. A non-refundable deposit of $[__] holds the date; the balance and a bar minimum of $[__] are due [__] days before. Bar is billed on [consumption / package] basis.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations more than [__] days out forfeit the deposit; inside [__] days, [__]% of the event fee applies. Weather policy: [reschedule / rain plan].

4. Conduct & liability
