The Problem

Food truck parks don't have a single-line problem.
They have a fragmented-revenue problem.

🧾

Separate Lines, Separate Transactions

Every truck runs its own POS — Square, Toast, Clover, a cash box. Guests wait in 3 lines to build one meal. Average order value drops. Groups fragment. Revenue walks out the gate.

💸

Manual Revenue Splits

Park operators collect rent or percentage fees from vendors manually — tallying receipts, chasing end-of-week reports, reconciling across different POS exports. Hours lost every week.

📊

Zero Consolidated Data

You can't see total park revenue, cross-vendor attach rates, peak hours, or per-truck performance in one place. Every truck is a data island.

Built for multi-vendor outdoor venues.

Tabski was designed from scratch for operations where multiple independent vendors share a single guest — food halls, breweries with food trucks, and now food truck parks.

Multi-Vendor Cart

Guests scan one QR code at their picnic table or at the park entrance. They browse every truck's menu, add items from as many vendors as they want, and pay once. Each vendor receives their order on their own KDS or ticket printer instantly.

Automated Vendor Payouts

Stop chasing spreadsheets. Tabski tracks every sale by vendor in real time and calculates your percentage rent, platform fees, or flat-rate lot fees automatically. Vendors see their own sales. You see everything.

Percentage-based or flat-rate revenue splits
Daily or weekly automated settlement
Vendor-isolated dashboards — each truck sees only their data
Exportable reports for accounting and tax

Rotating Vendor Management

Food truck parks don't have fixed tenants. Trucks rotate nightly, weekly, or seasonally. Tabski makes onboarding a new truck take minutes, not days — upload a menu, assign a KDS, and they're live.

Add or remove vendors in minutes

Bar + Truck Unified Tabs

Many food truck parks operate a permanent bar alongside rotating trucks. With Tabski's Smart Tabs, a guest opens one tab that works at the bar and across every truck — beer from the bar, tacos from the truck, same open check.

Why food truck parks can't use restaurant POS

Square, Toast, and Clover were built for single restaurants. Here's what breaks when you try to run a multi-vendor food truck park on them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do food trucks need to give up their own POS?
No. Tabski can run alongside a truck's existing POS for their walk-up window, while handling all QR and online orders through the park's unified system. Many operators choose to use Tabski as their only POS once they see the workflow, but it's not required.
What hardware do vendors need?
Each truck needs a KDS tablet or a ticket printer to receive orders. Tabski runs on any Android or iOS tablet — most trucks already have one. If not, a basic tablet and printer setup runs under $300. No proprietary hardware lock-in.
How do you handle trucks that rotate weekly or nightly?
Tabski's vendor scheduling lets you set which trucks are active on which days. When a new truck shows up, onboarding takes about 20 minutes — upload their menu, assign their pad, and they appear on the guest ordering page. Departing trucks are hidden with one toggle. Vendor turnover setup is $99.
Can guests still order at the truck window?
Yes. Tabski supports walk-up counter ordering at each truck using a POS terminal, plus QR-based mobile ordering from tables, plus online ordering for pickup and delivery. All three channels feed into the same system and the same reporting.
How does pickup work with multiple trucks?
Each vendor prepares and bags their portion of the order independently. Guests receive SMS notifications as each vendor's items become ready — "Your tacos from Fuego are ready at Pad 2." For delivery, drivers collect from each vendor using a pickup map.
What if my park also has a permanent bar or retail vendor?
Tabski was built for this exact scenario. Your permanent bar runs on Tabski POS with Smart Tabs, and food trucks operate alongside it. Guests open one tab that works across the bar and every truck. Revenue splits happen automatically.
Do you support outdoor/WiFi-unreliable environments?
Yes. Tabski has offline mode that keeps vendors taking orders and processing payments even when connectivity drops. Everything syncs automatically when the connection returns — no lost orders, no lost tabs.
How does Tabski compare to me&u or GoTab for food truck parks?
me&u and GoTab both offer multi-vendor ordering, but they're built around seated restaurant and hospitality workflows. Tabski is purpose-built for the rotating-vendor, outdoor-venue model — with vendor scheduling, instant onboarding, automated rent/fee collection, and offline mode designed for parks that don't have enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
