Denver Central Market is the pioneering artisan food hall that launched Denver’s food hall movement in 2016. Set in a beautifully restored 14,000 square-foot 1920s industrial building, this gourmet marketplace features 11 carefully curated vendors offering everything from wood-fired pizza and fresh seafood to artisan chocolates and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of RiNo’s creative arts district, DCM blends chef-driven dining with specialty grocery shopping, all within a vibrant, Instagram-worthy atmosphere.
The Concept
Unlike typical food courts, Denver Central Market operates as a hybrid between a restaurant and a specialty grocery store. Visitors can grab a seat at communal tables to enjoy fresh-prepared meals from multiple vendors, or shop the market for take-home butchery, fresh seafood, artisan breads, olive oils, and specialty ingredients.

Denver Central Market hosts “Second Saturday” events featuring live music, exclusive vendor pop-ups, and special product launches.
