About UPSIDE on Moore
UPSIDE on Moore is a food hall and event space on the M2 level of Rosslyn City Center, right above the Rosslyn Metro station. It opened in March 2024 in the space that used to be Assembly, and it’s run by Mothersauce Partners, the hospitality group founded by Arlington native Nick Freshman.
The lineup brings local and regional favorites under one roof, from Ghostburger’s smash burgers and La Michoacana’s birria tacos to Neko Panchi’s sushi and Tony Boloney’s Jersey-style pizza. There’s seating for about 350 people inside and 150 more out on the terrace, which looks out over Rosslyn and the Key Bridge.
The calendar stays busy too, with Mahjong Mondays, improv comedy nights, taco and mezcal tastings, and hands-on culinary classes. For every three meals sold, UPSIDE makes a donation to the Arlington Food Assistance Center.
