Las Almas Food Hall is a locally owned food hall and community space opening in downtown Edinburg in October 2026. The project is being developed by the Garcia-Kalifa family at 225 E. Cano Street, steps from the Hidalgo County Courthouse.
The venue is planned around a wide mix of food, a full-service bar, retail, shared seating and programming designed to bring more activity to downtown Edinburg.
